“Momentum rarely begins with a full overhaul. It begins with one dimension that brings energy back into the system.”

Years ago I sat in a hotel restaurant surrounded by colleagues celebrating a win. I sketched a circle on a napkin and divided it by where my time and energy actually went. One slice took almost everything. The rest were slivers. The career was working. The life around it was not getting my attention. That napkin became The Personal Pie Chart®.
I am not a psychologist. I am a technology executive who has mentored Fortune 500 executives, veterans, and professionals in transition for more than twenty years. The framework is what I saw work, again and again, for people who were already successful and still felt incomplete.
Clayton has spent 30 years building revenue teams, business units and companies across telecommunications, media and technology. He is President of pureIntegration and the founder of Triantic Partners, home of The Personal Pie Chart®, Fit2Stay and Audiophilia.
